Virtual Event on Psychological Safety and the Pillars of a High Performing Tech Team. Feel Free to Register

On Thursday 25th March, we are hosting our 1st virtual event of the year in collaboration with Footasylum and Red Hat Software. The theme of the event is «Psychological Safety & The Pillars of a High Performing Thech Team».

From Footasylum we are joined by Andy Norton, Software Development Manager and Tristan McCarthy, Head of Software Delivery. Andy and Tristan will be giving us an insight into the technology team at Footasylum and how they have adopted the «Tech Teams 4 pillars» to ensure they communicate, deliver and align themselves with the Footasylum objectives.

Tom Geraghty, Transformation Lead at Red Hat Software will be discussing psychological safety and high performing teams. With a background in DevOps, Agile, Lean and Resilience Engineering, Tom will advise how a tech team can be elevated to deliver high quality and high velocity through increasing psychological safety.
